Ah, based on my experience as a jib seeker, job changer, and job switcher in Lagos i would say if they say things like ;
"for serious people only" run o na stress go kill you, or if they ask;
"hope you are ready to work" my brother run o na work go kill you for there.
If they ask "Can you be able to work with us for long term" hahaha people have been quitting that job like the way you change cloth a lot of people have resigned from that job and if you take it u will not last a month.
It's good to make enquiries and ask questions from your colleagues on the first day after resuming job so that you will have info.
A lot of people are putting up with jobs that's giving them hell because they have boxed themselves and fear of the unknown.

I was once employed by a company. On the first day of work, I discovered that most of the staff were putting on worn-out clothes. The manager's shoes had open mouths. Some of the workers had spent years in the organization with nothing to show for it. Only the owner of the organization was making progress financially.
